• Session Fee: A non-refundable session fee of $450 is required to reserve your date. This covers hair & makeup, studio time, and access to the Bellamy Style Collection.
• Minimum Purchase: All image and product orders are separate, with a $1,500 minimum investment.
• Prepayment Options: Many clients choose prepayment or payment plans for ease and added benefits. This is only an option before the shoot.
• Cancellations/Reschedules: Session fees are non-refundable. With at least 14 days’ notice, sessions may be rescheduled once within 6 months of the original date. Less than 14 days’ notice may result in forfeiture of the session fee.

All photographs created by Bellamy Portraits are protected under U.S. copyright law. Clients receive personal-use rights to purchased images and products. Commercial or third-party use is not permitted without written consent. Visitors may view and download content from this site for personal use only. Reproducing, modifying, or distributing any images, text, or design from this website without written permission from Bellamy Portraits is strictly prohibited.
Boudoir Photography Privacy - Bellamy Portraits reserves the right to feature images in marketing or portfolio work only with explicit, signed model release from the client. Privacy is always respected — no images are ever shared without permission.
